Growing up enjoying Tteok-bokki at street vendors and family gatherings, the owner developed not only a personal connection to the dish but also a profound appreciation for the role street food plays in Korean culture. This love turned into a dream: to share those same nostalgic, bold, and comforting flavors with others.
